- Custom Product Policy:

- All products are custom-made to your exact specifications once reviewed by our production team (typically within 0–48 hours from when the order is placed).
- Once your order enters production, it is non-refundable and cannot be canceled or modified.
- Lead Times & Scheduling:

- Production lead times are estimates and depend on material availability, production schedules, current order volume, and external factors such as weather or other “acts of God.”
- Rush orders may be accommodated upon request, subject to approval and an additional fee. If you would like an order rushed, please contact us—we will be glad to assist.
- If expedited Shipping was selected at checkout, this applies only to the time in transit and all other production timelines follow the policy outlined here. If a rush order is needed, pleas contact our team.
- Accuracy of Measurements & Details:

- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all measurements, design choices, and order details are accurate before submission.
- Changes or corrections cannot be made once production has commenced.

- Upon delivery, please follow all instructions clearly outlined on the packaging for proper care and storage. Monument is not liable for damages caused after delivery due to improper storage or handling.
